We Love Yoga
My dream is to spread the benefits of Yoga in a fun and down to earth way. Yoga is my passion and the North Cray Neighbourhood Centre has the perfect atmosphere and setting for my Saturday morning class.

Weekly Yoga Sessions
The session begins by focusing on the breath, then practicing the yoga postures in a flowing, structured way and to finish there is a relaxation period. Each week the class changes slightly to keep things fresh and the people are friendly and welcoming. The mats are supplied but a blanket is useful for relaxation. It is best to wear loose comfortable clothes and save the big breakfast until afterwards!
Every Saturday at 10am to 11:30am
18+ Years and for ALL abilities!
£8 per class paid on a drop in basis. If you miss a class there is no need to pay!
British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course
In addition to the weekly class Amanda runs the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course which is held yearly over 10 months one Saturday a month! This course is designed for those with a minimum of two years Yoga experience and just want to learn a little more than in a regular Yoga class, or who are seeking to embark on the first stage towards Yoga teacher training!!
